As we generate our revenue from your customers calling your 0845 number we are able to offer our service completely free of charge. However, if you consistently generate 500 minutes of calls you are entitled to a rebate.
If you qualify your account manager will be notified and will contact you to set up a rebate agreement, and you can also track your call traffic through our online portal.
